Beginning Skills II: Stovetop Cooking

In this second of our Beginning Basics class, you will learn about searing, poaching, frying, sauteeing, and simmering – all terms used widely in cooking, and all done in the humble frying pan. Learn how and when you use each, and create delicious dinners that go right from the pan and into your family's bellies! As a bonus, JJ will talk you through taking care of non-stick pans, and seasoning and caring for cast iron.
