Kids Jam Sessions

In these fun workshops, kids will join Chef Michal Harris to learn how to preserve the freshness of the season into delicious jams, pickles and preserves. In the AM Session, younger kids will make strawberry preserves, bread and butter pickles, and biscuits and pretzel dogs to go with them In the afternoon class, older kids will make mixed berry jam, pickled vegetables, and fresh tomato sauce, then make hand pies and fresh pasta to enjoy them with.
