Chef Darryl Wash will teach students how to safely and deliciously play with fire in the kitchen, specifically how to work with kitchen torches to create marvelous appetizers, main courses and spectacular desserts, including the crowd favorite, cremè bruleè. Students will work with torches during class, and have the option to purchase one to take home as well!
