New Basics: Vegetables!

In this series, Chef Michal Harris will be teaching classic techniques and dishes that are full of flavor and easy to master, even for beginners. Tonight, we focus on making summer vegetables the star of your dinner table, with techniques including grilling, roasting, spiralizing and more. We will also introduce you to ways to use herbs and spices to transform simple preparations into brand new meals.

Spiralized Zucchini Noodles with Fresh Pesto Sauce and Marinated Cherry Tomatoes
Grilled Mexican Street Corn
Market Lettuces with Roasted Vegetables and French Summer Vinaigrette
Moroccan Roasted Carrots with Labneh, Harissa and Mint
