New Basics: Summer Shellfish Night!

In this series, Chef Michal Harris will be teaching classic techniques and dishes that are full of flavor and easy to master, even for beginners. Tonight, we'll demystify shellfish and create some classic beach-friendly dishes for a seriously tasty night in the kitchen. Techniques covered will include: how to shuck an oyster, properly preparing and cooking shrimp, and steaming clams. 

On the menu:
Grilled Garlic Shrimp
Roasted Shrimp Salad
Oysters on the Half Shell
Steamed Clams with Portuguese Sausage & Peppers

The kitchen will also provide Corn on Cobb & Crusty Bread
