If you’ve ever wanted to cook like a pro, this is the week to be in the kitchen. Over the five food-filled days, Chef Michal Harris will cover Knife Skills, Stovetop Cooking, Baking and Pastry, Eggs & Grains, and Meat and Vegetable Techniques. Camp will culminate with a student-prepared feast for family members! Open to new and experienced chefs ages 11 and up!
