It's Mardi Gras time, kids, and we'll be celebrating New Orleans style in the kitchen! In the morning, younger kids will make "Dirty Rice", Hush Puppies, and a real King Cake. In the afternoon, older kids will make Chicken and Sausage Gumbo, Beignets, and Pralines!

Kids will celebrate the food and fun of Ireland with Chef Michal Harris. In the morning session, younger kids will make Soda Bread, Irish meatballs, Mashed Potatoes and Shamrock Shakes. In the afternoon, older kids make Shepherd's Pie, Irish Cheddar Rarebit and Irish Shortbread Cookies!

SUNDAY COMMUNITY SUPPER
One Sunday a month, we open the kitchen for a community supper session. We set up a menu and give you the option to cook the appetizer, entree, side dish or dessert in teams. All ingredients and materials provided, BYOB of choice. Everyone eats together as the meal progresses through the evening. Make good food and great friends!
