Over the five food-filled days, Chef Michal Harris will cover Knife Skills, Stovetop Cooking, Baking and Pastry, Eggs & Grains, and Meat and Vegetable Techniques. Camp will culminate with a student-prepared feast for family members! Open to new and experienced chefs ages 11 and up!

Learn to bake and customize delectable cupcakes, make traditional buttercream icings, and master decorating with pastry tips, fondant, and more. SUNDAY COMMUNITY SUPPER
One Sunday a month, we open the kitchen for a community supper session. We set up a menu and give you the option to cook the appetizer, entree, side dish or dessert in teams. All ingredients and materials provided, BYOB of choice. Everyone eats together as the meal progresses through the evening. Make good food and great friends!
