Kids ages 6-10 will join Chef Michal Harris for three afternoons of delicious fun in the kitchen. Every day includes plenty of cooking time, group activities, and of course, great food to eat! Each week has a different theme, so bring a friend and come cook with us this summer! Themes include: Viva Italy, Asian Adventures, All-American Summer, Baking Basics, and more!
If you’ve ever wanted to cook like a pro, this is the week to be in the kitchen. Over the five food-filled afternoons, Chef Michal Harris will cover Knife Skills, Stovetop Cooking, Baking and Pastry, Eggs & Grains, and Meat and Vegetable Techniques. Camp will culminate with a student-prepared feast for family members! Open to new and experienced chefs ages 11 and up.
Aspiring bakers will learn pro techniques (baking, frosting and decorating!) from celebrated pastry chef Diana Sproveri, creator of the original Lollibakes Cake Pops. Working in teams, the group will develop their own signature cupcakes, and the week will culminate with an all-out battle in the kitchen, complete with professional chef judges and bragging rights as BLVD Cupcake Battle Champions! Open to ages 11 and up.
